Hotel Grand Chancellor is located on Belilios Road (off Serangoon Road) next to a famous Indian Temple which was built in 1881. It is also within 5 minutes walk away from MRT stations and the famous 24-hour shopping centre within the "Little Indie" enclave.

The "Little India" of today has a colorful history, dating back to the time when Sir Stamford Raffles first set foot in Singapore back in 1819. The area was designated for the Indian community, as two thousand three hundred and twenty Indians settlers were part of the entourage. As the community grew and the area became more popular, it earned its nickname "Little India" which has since stuck. Dramatic and fresh, the Deluxe Room located from 12th- 15th level.
